I found myself buying a pack of smokes yesterday. After almost an entire year hiatus from smoking cigarettes, i'm back to it again. It's a pretty lame way of relieving stress and other bullshit in my life right now. It's ok, I can focus on school..and that's about it.

Aww man, it's about that time. This weather here in Austin right now isn't really helping my spirits out. Not only is the Air Conditioning out at my place right now (damn apartment bastards), i've been busting my ass this first week of school--among other things that have been occupying my mind. Hopefully I can get some rest this weekend, especially since we get Monday off from everything.

Wow. I made POTG's Site of the Day! Thanks to my personal connections inside the bidness, I finally made Poyfather's Site of the Day. To me, it's like Cuba Gooding Jr. winning the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. I better relish in it before I fuck it up.

Man, I really feel like a trainwreck today. For reasons filed under "The Ex", i'd rather not explain it in further detail. Going to go down a bottle of Pepto Now.

Those Industry Fat Cats! Boston Globe reports:

"As the economy began to stall last year and companies laid off workers, chief executives of big corporations still got hefty pay raises and were rewarded for making job cuts, according to a new study by two liberal advocacy groups."

Read the whole damn thing here.

I was just checking out P-Diddy's Blog. He mentions that he's getting old because of some of the "geezer" traits that start to seep in as you advance to your late twenties. I'm only 22, but I'm already starting to feel the heat. One thing is for sure, I price compare when I shop now. To me, that's the sure fire way of telling if you're transforming into your parents. I remember back in the day when I didn't give a damn how much anything cost, where the only factor that went into purchasing something was if I could even AFFORD it. Another thing that's been bugging me is how much I enjoy sitting on my ass at home. Before, I couldn't stand it and would need to go out every so many hours, but nowadays I can sit till my ass get's numb and Cinemax starts broadcasting the "After Dark" series of instructional material.

Old age sucks.

Man..Got too much Mathematics on the brain. I think for the first time in about 6 years I actually sat down and studied for about two and a half hours. I would go play some Counter-Strike, but i'm afraid it'd zap the living shiznit out of me. Peace

Mathematics Massacre. The General and I hit the books last night in our Math in Economics class. First thing the teach did was give us a refresher quiz on Algebra, most notably the f(x) and g(x) equations. I could hear the General emote an "Oh Shit" as I did when it quickly refreshed my mind that I haven't touched this shit in nearly 5 years. It was a massacre...fortunately it all came back to me by the end of the class. In other news AMD has cut processor prices nearly 50%, so all you chumps out there running on a Celeron/PII 400 owe it to yourselves to upgrade for garage sale bargain prices.

Nearly 1.2 Years in the Making, POYFATHER HOMEPAGE REV. 3.0! Who's your Microsoft Frontpage 2000 Daddy? Why Poyfather of course. He's whipped a site that will satisify even the most sophisticated palettes. By the way, I feel much better after the fifth visit to the bathroom. Ahhh, Mento's fresh. Click here to see the Site of the Day.

The H-Dog don't feel too good. Maybe it was the HEB Lemmon Pepper Chicken I ate last night, or the stomach bug that's been passed around work like that stapler you couldn't find and it was somewhere in Recieving. Bleeeech...I got my first class tonight too. Fortunately it's at 8:30PM so I can get my rests on after work.

This is it! Here's my dream car: The Vector W2 Supercar. Arguably one of the ugliest cars ever made, spawned from an era that was known for ugly (the 70's), the Vector W2 has so many body structures, add-ons and Death Star similarities that it looks like the fat ugly sister of the Lamborghini Countach. If anybody out there has a mint Vector W2 (preferably with less than 2,000 miles) i'd be willing to part with some stolen Tax Relief checks for it.

You probably heard by now, but Aaliyah died Sat. night in a Plane Crash. Yo, i'm going out and saying: Don't ever get in a Cessna if you're famous. Stay far away from small planes, helicoptors and people that look like your dirtiest friends. Besides that, it's pretty sad news. Well anyways, played Madden 2002/PS2 most last night over at POTG's house. Although it is currently the best NFL Football game ever made, I suck horribly at it. I lost twice to The General (once as the Vikings and the other time as the Titans) by a margin of 4 and 3 points. Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec is so sweet! I got a loc'd out Toyota Sprinter Treuno (circa mid-80's) that ran circles around a 93/94' Honda Del Sol and a Subura Outback Wagon that kept fucking creeping up on me during the races. For some weird reason, everytime I jumped in the Toyota, the game would play some 80's Metal Rock that sounded like Judas Priest.
