Holy! Ghosts from Beyond the Grave. I just got this email from Iris Szachacz, AKA: THE DRAFTING TEACHER THAT WOULDN'T GIVE ME AN 'A' FOR THAT IMPECCABLY DIMENSIONED SPROCKET/ROTOR MY SENIOR YEAR. Hahahaha just kidding. Here's what the email read:

Hey Guys,
Remember me Your old drafting teacher. Longtime no hear from. Are ya'll
staying in or out of trouble. I keep in touch with Jennifer Frenzen. Write
me back and tell me you I.M. address.
Szachacz

Brings me back to the days when we got to go to Dallas for that VICA Competition, in the Drafting competition. For those of you who have the time to hear me reminesce about the Glory Days, a rundown:

1.) Eric, Clarence and I go shopping for bums downtown to purchase us some booze.
2.) After the VICA Mixer, we proceed to throw water balloons off top of the Dallas Hilton and then get ratted on by those weird Cosmotology chicks.
3.) Locked in our Hotel Rooms, the H.Dog drinks up a storm and pukes his brains out in Whurl's Hotel Room. Stink lingers till the end of the trip.
4.) Ummmm...At Six Flags, i'm strapped to the dive bomber freefall thing with Sarah and that other chick, and as we fly over our class, we attempt to spit on them, only to spit on ourselves.

Those are the only fond memories I can think of at the moment. I'll let you all know if any pop up in the near future.

Wisdom Teeth. My girlfriend get's her wisdom teeth removed today. I believe the process begins something like this: They knock her out with a combination of jabs and uppercuts, pull out their finest Craftsmen Tools and yank her teefus out. Hahaha just kidding, I hope everything goes ok (it will). Take your medicine, stock up on cotton swabs and prepare for a night of horrible Friday Night programming. =P

Song of the Day:
1.) Ian Moore - Paris, Texas.

VALENTINES. Had a great time Emily. Oh yeah, Jake, Amy and brother Jeff too, but too bad you guys were there to funk up my GAROOOVE. Just messing around. We tried to eat downtown, but finding a parking spot was harder than getting a fish basket at Long John Silver's on a Lent Friday. Either way I had a great time acting the fool. Now I slumber for tomorrow. Oh yeah, sorry Dames, I hate the whole 'already made plans with my friend' thing as well...thank God for Thursday night NBC's.

What a great morning. The H.Dog would like to take this moment and wish everybody a safe and great V-Day! Big shout out to my boy, The Gimp, for today he celebrates 24 years on this planet. Wish I could celebrate with ya today man, but you know, the whole Southern Baptist Association tends to frown on that kind of stuff. Muahahahahaha...

Well, I gotta go dust off the powder blue tuxedo I have stored away in my closet, because tonight, we're re-inacting PROM NIGHT! Just kidding.

Song of the Week:
1.) Ryan Adams - Monday Night.

Yo! Still feeling the effects of the Nyquil I took last night for my sore and itchy throat (from running). Last nights Gilmore/Smallville combination was supermantastic. The Gilmore Girls had more drama than Shawn Farris at the Yellow Rose. Superchump of Smallville kisses Lana on the cheek and THEN steals her jewelery! Dude, this is getting pathetic, my whole week revolves around the WB and their perfectly planned demograph of 16-24 year olds. Next on the list is to purchase a trench coat like leather jacket and a Volkswagon Jetta. Anyways, if you're reading this Emily, I miss you too.

Song of the Day:
1.) Beastie Boys - Body Movin (Fatboy Slim Remix).

Teddy Bear! Do I have a treat for you guys out there. The General was telling me last weekend about this song that Dudley and Bob were playing some time ago. It's an old Country Western Standard about Truckers and a little boy who's handle is 'Teddy Bear'.

Another Song of the Day:
1.) "This hot freight is gonna have to wait." - Red Sovine, Teddy Bear.

Lord of the Rings leads the Oscar pack with 13 Nominations! In a triumph for all Dungeon's and Dragon's playing dorks around the globe, Peter Jackson's epic adaptation of The Fellowship of the Ring has garnered a very impressive 13 Oscar Nominations. Although most of them were for technical achievments (like those hobbit feet...wow, they looked like..hobbit feet), it was able to get three of the big ones: Best Picture, Best Director and Best Supporting Actor. There's no doubt that it will walk away with most of the special effects awards (how did they enlarge Elijiah Wood?), but i'm hoping it grabs at least Best Director.

Sports News: Philly Fans suck. Sorry I didn't get to talk about this earlier, but crap man, Kobe Bryant get's boo'd from his hometown?? I'm never going for another Philadelphia team for as long as I live. The Western Conference in the NBA is looking pretty close between the Lakers, Kings, Mavericks and Spurs...but in the East, it's only one team baby: The Nets. It's about damn time Jason Kidd got his. When does Shaq come back?

Song of the Day:
1.) Big Head Todd and the Monsters - It's Alright.

Spike and Mike! Emily invited me last night to go check out Spike and Mike's Sick and Twisted Animation Festival at the Alamo Drafthouse. Dude, they had some disgusting stuff up in there, but funny nonetheless. Two of the highlights were Don Hertzfeldt's Rejected and No Neck Joe. Anyways, thanks Emily! Had a lot of fun..

Song of the Day:
1.) Cake - Short Skirt Long Jacket.

Man, one of the best weekends i've had in a long time! I got to spend alot of time with Emily and had a blast. We're gonna go see Death of a Salesman, featuring the Southwest Texas State Players in a couple weeks and then she got us tickets to go see Bob Dylan at the Erwin Center! Too cool, we'll get to see him before he croaks. That reminds me, I better catch up on his catalogue of songs to stay informed.

In other news, it took three of us to move The General's 32" TV up six flights of stairs. The General and I to pick it up and The Gimp to watch us with a cigarette in his mouth. We got a majority of his stuff there, and the delivery guys dropped off their dope new furniture. Also Dames has completed the purchase of his new home in a 'White Only' neighborhood.

Song of the Day:
1.) Eddie Vedder - You've Got To Hide Your Love Away. From the I AM SAM Soundtrack.
